Mountain Bike Haven - Mystic Trails
Enjoy a day on Mystic Park MTB trails, stop at the house for lunch and at the end of the day roll down the hill to relax.
A bike repair stand, extensive bike tools, floor pump and access to electrical points for e-bike charging are provided. Cleaning your bikes is easy with the front garden hose and 8 bike hooks provide simple and secure garage storage.
This home is also a perfect base for paragliders, for viewing vibrant autumn colours and for winter snow trips to nearby Mt Hotham, Falls Creek and Mt Buffalo (2 toboggans are available for guest use).
Suitable for families and small groups, this open, contemporary, and inviting home is nestled in a tranquil cul-de-sac, less than 1km from the bustling heart of town, offering a peaceful retreat away from the city. Two bikes are available to guests for a short ride into town or a cruise along the nearby rail trail.
The space is designed to be a home away from home, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home. There are three bedrooms, the master features a walk-in-robe and ensuite. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located privately down the other wing of the home, with a full family bathroom and a well-appointed laundry. At the heart of the home is an open plan design incorporating kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces. A second living space has a queen sofa bed and a table tennis table for some extra fun!
Keep warm in winter and cool in summer, this property contains split system reverse cycle heating/air conditioner in all bedrooms and the main living area.
The outdoor area is equipped with BBQ and single pizza oven and seating to accommodate all guests - perfect to enjoy at any time for morning coffee, lunch, happy hour or dinner.
