So close to town house with additional large self contained studio.
Why not get back to nature at this unique homestay in Yeppoon. Set in a quiet part of town with lush gardens, fire pit and an abundant bird life, A short five mins drive to town, main beach, the beautiful lagoon and the shops or why not bring your bicycle and hop on the very close Pineapple trail?
There is space for up to eight in this two storey home and with a bonus the ground floor is fully self contained with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and a interconnecting door or private entrance . While the first floor has a Smeg gas cook top with 6 burners and a huge oven you will be able to cook up a feast and enjoy views from the kitchen windows or upstairs deck into the tree tops to watch the abundance of birds and see over the lush garden.
The space
This is a beautiful space light and airy with an open feel. We like the furnishing simple, clean and minimalistic . You would have a memorable stay Yeppoon.
Guest access
The whole house is for you which includes the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the whole ground floor granny flat.
Other things to note
There is a wildlife corridor then runs across the bottom of the half an acre property on occasion you may see a kangaroo passing through. During wet weather there can be a creek that flows too so small children should be observed at all times while on the land.

I am from all over Australia and have lived on the road in a van for a few years however now I am not rubber tramping I live in beautiful Yeppoon and can call myself a Poonie as the locals like to say! I love travel, the outdoors, chooks and life!
Being a host is a great opportunity to opens ones door to other travellers, I love the idea of others enjoying this beautiful space that we call home.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Yeppoon is beautiful, we have the Great Keppel islands a stones throw away, the lagoon at the foreshore, beaches and beaches everywhere. Plus Byfeild national park a short drive away with stunning views and 4x4 driving. Fishing and boating are a fantastic past time here. You can take a day trip out to Emu park or Rockhampton. There is so much to do here.

This home is a back to nature with lots of birds on the back deck early morning and late evening is a great bird watching spot into the tops of the trees. See if you can spot the sunbirds...The garden is unique and our girls ( chooks) can tell you that. We like to keep the property with a homely feel so you can relax on your holidays.
