Whether you are on a spontaneous trip or on a planned vacation, Little Mango Farm Retreat always has something for vacationers to make them feel right at home. We are located just 3 km from the peaceful village of Mangoplah and 25 km south of the thriving regional city of Wagga Wagga.
This getaway is nestled on a 250-acre farm with stunning views of the surrounding hills, farmlands (with cows, calves, and sheep), and large dams surrounded by native vegetation.

The Space:
Little Mango Farm Retreat by Tiny Away sits in the small town of Mangoplah, 36 kilometres south of Wagga Wagga in the Riverina region. This countryside getaway is nestled on a flat piece of land with an outdoor firepit for BBQ nights and uninterrupted views of pastures, hills, and stars.
What's more, we are conveniently located halfway between Sydney and Melbourne, making it the perfect farm stay in one of the most serene holiday homes in the region. The nearby attractions include the charming rural town of Uranquinty, the picturesque Murrumbidgee River, and the beautiful Mate Gully Wagga.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and the entire farm through laneways, walks, or drive. If you are interested, we also have pre-orders (and activities) listed below by prior arrangement with the host 24 hrs before arrival.
- Firewood provided at extra cost $25 (not provided during fire ban period from October to March)
- Breakfast is $30 per person
- Farm Tour cost $20 per person
- Drinking water is $2 per bottle
- 2 rental electric bikes; each for $20 per day
- Cattle yard visits are subject to the host's availability
- Bicycle and yoga mat available to use
In case of emergencies such as maintenance, repairs, or one that requires medical attention, please contact your host via message or call.

Our local area offers plenty to explore and enjoy. Just 14 kilometers away, The Rock provides a scenic hike with stunning panoramic views from the summit. Nearby, the Rock Regional Observatory is only a 12 to 14-minute drive from our tiny home and offers a fascinating look at the night sky.
The village of Uranquinty features a charming bakery café, a cozy pub with hearty fireplace meals, and even a courtesy bus to Mangoplah. For a relaxed brunch or quality coffee, The Pott and Kettle Coffee House in Wagga Wagga serves locally produced fresh food and boutique coffee.
Nature lovers can visit the Murrumbidgee River, Australiaâs second-largest river, perfect for swimming and picnicking along its three natural beaches equipped with facilities. For dining in town, Mates Gully Wagga offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, from classic favorites to seasonal specials, including Friday night pizzas.

- 420km Melbourne to Mangoplah (Allow 4.5 hours)
By public transport:
- Train stop 14km away. Runs from sydney and Melbourne. Taxis, Uber available.
Other Things to Note:
- WiFi is available
- BBQ gas is available
- We have our dog on the property
- Pets should be kept on a leash at all times
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed, except in designated areas
- We have a shed and cattle yard, which are strictly off-limits
- Telstra, Optus, 2degrees & Spark have good signal ; No signal for Vodafone
- Please bring your own garbage bag and dispose of it properly
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
