Mannum Cottage

This cottage is centrally located in Mannum. Relax with glimpses of the river from the back entertainment area. It’s a 10 minute stroll to town centre and the Mannum waterfront where you’ll find groceries, bakeries & choices for meals.
Just 90 minutes from Adelaide & 50 minutes from The Barossa Valley makes this an ideal locale for a weekender or long stay.
Enjoy a river cruise on a paddle wheeler, fishing, water skiing on the Murray or a hike to the Mannum Falls.
Everything you need is provided with comfortable beds & linen. The kitchen boasts an 8 seater square table for meals & many appliances for food prep. Perfect for 2 couples or a small family.
There is Weber Q & a kettle BBQ with furniture for dining & enjoying the outdoor garden area. NOTE Please let me know if the 3rd bed is enquired as the sofa bed will need to be made up.

    Nice place, and location

    Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds ,good location,. 1 suggestion that you have a non slip mat in the main shower. The shower floor was quite slippery. Thankyou and would stay there again

    Lovely short term-er.

    Very nice property. Extra touches were welcoming. Good access and off street parking for up to 4 cars. All kitchen items new or well cared for. Only issue was no wireless capabilities.

    Not much to see in the surrounding district of Mannum

    The house was well presented. It came with toiletries, kitchen supplies etc. Yard was presented well and easy car parking. Very close to the main street for many good choices for dining. One drawback was the amount of heavy dust on the wooden venetian blinds. One guest has a dust allergy and this caused great discomfort with lots of coughing.

    Great stay!

    Stayed a Fri/Sat night in Jan ‘24. Susie was really easy to deal with in the lead up, cottage was perfect for two couples. Beautiful spot in the backyard for a coffee and breakfast, when it got too hot the large dining table in the kitchen was great to eat inside. Had a hot Saturday so the aircon split inside the lounge room was appreciated. Loved our stay.

    Very clean and comfortable place to stay. My partner and I had booked the place for 3 days. We absolutely loved it. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. The Host Suzie was lovely and was in contact whenever we needed. I highly recommend visiting this place once. Thank you Suzie for being so welcoming. You’re the best❤️
