Feel on top of the world at this modern holiday home with breathtaking views North to Piha Beach and Lion Rock. Surrounded by native forest, high on the Te Ahuahu ridge-line you can relax in an environment of modern design, sun-soaked decks, and tranquility that will quiet even the busiest of minds. Located very close to Piha Beach (5mins) and Karekare Beach (8mins). The popular and scenic Mercer Bay Loop track is also located just at the end of the road for wilderness explorer’s.

The property has recently been architecturally designed and constructed to the highest standard and benefits from three large bedrooms, two living areas and an open plan kitchen / dining area.

Guests will have access to the house (excluding the garage).

Lovely property, incredible views.

The property is well looked after and has good amenities. It gets all day sun which is great for the winter getaway we were on. The views are sensational and captivating.

Weekend getaway

A beautiful, spotlessly clean property with an amazing view. It met all of the family expectations with garden for the kids to play in, and a great deck with view over Piha. Suzy was great to deal with. The bbq did look like it hadn’t been used for a while so we gave that a miss otherwise it had everything we needed to make it a perfect relaxing few days away. Thank you so much. We’ll be back for sure.

Wondeful Piha views!

Lovely stay in a well equipped house with responsive hosts. Kids loved the swings, trampoline and nice lawn. Will definitely book again when out this way.

Stunning views and pure relaxation

We had the most wonderful stay at this property! The views were absolutely stunning—truly the most breathtaking view of Piha you could imagine. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The house was perfect for our family. Our kids were thrilled with the treehouse, slide, swings, and trampoline, which kept them entertained for hours. It’s such a child-friendly space, and it made our stay incredibly relaxing. Inside, the house was spotless, beautifully styled, and thoughtfully equipped. We particularly appreciated the high-quality plates, cups, and glassware—it’s clear that every detail has been considered. Overall, we had an incredible experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone. Whether you’re looking for a family getaway or just a peaceful retreat, this is a fantastic place to stay.
