The upper floor houses three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The main bedroom features an ensuite with a soaking tub and access to a balcony that leads to the back courtyard and garden. A powder room and a fourth bedroom are located on the main level. The basement includes a theater room and a twin bunk bed.

The property is situated near Aspen Street, providing access to the Oak Street Gondola for skiing. Local establishments such as There and Siam are nearby for dining and beverages. The chalet is located in the Historic Town of Telluride.

- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- There is street parking.
- This home requires final homeowner approval to confirm any reservation.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon
booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In confirmation.
