Great view, pool bar a bonus

Two families had a lovely time here. Kids in the pool and parents lounging at the bar. Great view looking over Waitangi.

Great views

Overall it is a great house with breathtaking views . It was big enough for everyone 7 of us, the pool and the ping-pong table was perfect for the young to enjoy and the water was really warm. The sitting area with the barbecue was perfect for the older ones. The location is fantastic with only a short drive to Waitangi , Paiha. Great stay, thank you.

Beautiful place

The views were amazing. The locals were friendly and so much to do. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time in it. No a/c in the house so it made for hot sticky nights. Overall a great place for families and friends.

This is a fantastic property and we loved it so much we want to go back asap! Easy to find. Close to every where we needed. Bbq/entertainment/swimming area was fabulous. Spacious, clean, everything and i mean everything we needed. The attention to detail is amazing. Could not recommend it more.

Juuuust riiight

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked for longer...awesome view of the ngahere, moana and beautiful sunrise on a good morning...had all the facilities needed for a good summers holiday...the host were easy to contact and they replied as soon as they could which was awesome...the house was massive and cleaniness was amazing overall worth the price and stay and definitely will book again...thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy ourselves at this beautiful home of yours...we sure do recommend this house for a good holiday with family and friends !!

Absolutely nothing to quibble or complain about

4 'blended' families (a dozen individuals being a mixture of adults, teenagers and juniors) stayed four nights and had a ball. The dwelling was more than adequate with respect to sleeping arrangements/accommodation over two floors, and likewise, two most pleasant outdoors entertaining areas, one adjacent to a swim pool and grassed area. The furnishings, the kitchen equipment, the bedding, was all 'as new' top-notch quality.
