60 fot av främre fastigheten vid sjön Erie. Darling Home på en privat enhet, söt som en stuga, men rymlig inifrån och ut !! 3 sovrum på andra våningen i hemmet, bestående av en 1 king size-säng, 1 queensize-säng och 2 fullstora sängar i tredje sovrummet med fåfänga bord. 2 fulla bad, ett på varje våning, dusch och badkar tillgängligt. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare, kylskåp, ugn / räckvidd, mikrovågsugn också! Öppet kök till bra matplats eller "Lake Room" med gott om sittplatser och utsikt över sjön från ALLA fönster! Det finns också ett vardagsrum med bekväma sittplatser, avkopplande tillflyktsort att läsa, spela spel eller ta lite TV med din familj och vänner! Gräsplan sluten trädgård med gott om plats för skoj och spel! Gå ut genom en grindig trädgård till en stor betongfästvägg, perfekt för stolar att njuta av sjöbrisen med privat tillgång till vattnet också! Gå in i Lake Erie i grunt vatten, gå på hårdpackad sand, perfekt för promenader eller sitta i en strandstol avkopplande, bra för vattenspel! Ny eldstad (måste ge ditt eget ved) träkolgrill, ny uteplats och parkering för 3 fordon. Detta hem har nyligen uppdaterats med många nya förbättringar inklusive en varmvattenberedare på begäran, nyare möbler, nya sängkläder och madrasser, apparater och mer. Dina båtar och vattensportutrustning kan förankras ungefär 150 meter från fastigheten, båtlipa bara några minuter bort! Beläget inom några minuter från Miller's Ferry eller The Jet Express to Put in Bay, Perrys National Monument och Kelly's Island! Andra attraktioner inom några minuter inkluderar Cedar Point, historiska fyrar, Mon Ami Winery, Cheese Haven, Camp Perry, Ottawa National Wildlife Refugee, tillsammans med många barer och restauranger !! Sister's Trip

Great location to lighthouses, Cedar Point, small towns to explore as well as being on the shore of Lake Erie! Was a 5 sister trip to catch up on life and enjoy each other’s company. House was as described....clean and roomy with great outdoor area and we loved the firepit on the shore. Thanks for helping us to make memories we will never forget!

Get away

We loved how close we were to the lake. We didn’t do much except sit by the lake for a week and watch the birds and boats. We did have a bit of bad weather. The lake withdrew one day from high winds. Pretty cool experience. Seiche I believe.

It's gorgeous

The house was in a great location and the pictures were all accurate. What a beautiful view! Plenty of room in the house. My only complaint is the king size bed is not actually a king sized mattress so I kept falling in the middle where the 2 mattresses kept separating. The wi fi stopped working our last full day there. I messaged about it, and a light bulb being out, and never got a response.

Our family had a great stay at the lake house. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean and comfortable. Ten steps from the back door to the water wall was amazing. We would like to stay here again!

Four days of spring fishing

What a great place on the water. House is clean, well maintained and well stocked. It has everything you need. Was awesome to wake up to views of the western basin of Lake Erie.

Lake Erie Islands Weekend

It was absolutely a perfect house. The decor was amazing and the attention to details gives it that warm cozy lake house feel. Amenities were abundant and in good working order. Great view of Lake Erie from our front patio. We definitely would rent again.

Beautiful Lakefront Property

This is one of the rare properties in the area that puts you right on the water. This property has easy access to the water which makes it ideal for families looking for private swimming access. We also had easy check in and check out. You will not be disappointed with this property if you are looking for a lakefront getaway.

Labor day

We had a great stay. The house was great with plenty of room. Responses from Allen were timely. It was great being able to walk several hundred feet on packed sand in the lake. However, there was one large step to get in. Really enjoyed the area too. Went to Marblehead lighthouse, Johnson Island, and the peach, perch, pierogi and polka festival. We would rent again. Great property if you want to be on Lake Erie

Our stay was fantastic. Allen was a great host, very responsive and clear directions/check-in and out processes. The home was extremely clean, lots of dishes, cookware, etc. Sunset view from the house are second to none! With a great-sized yard, plenty of room for activities, beach front access, Etc. this property is hard to beat!

Good option for a family

We stayed here during a nearby family vacation and it was great for what we needed. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the property as much as we might have wanted to. It was clean and comfortable. The house is dated but in a welcoming and comfy way. The only thing I didn’t like was that it is very close to houses on both sides and there was no great way to get in and out of the water should you want to take advantage of the location.

Awesome!!!!

The house is great! Very clean and well stocked! The view is awesome! We had 6 adults in our group and there was plenty of room for all. Loved the decor. The neighbors were friendly too! I would definitely go back.

Summer Vacation

We had a great time on Lake Erie. Allen was great to communicate with and very responsive. The ability to walk out the back door right into the water was a game-changer with two teenage boys. The water is not deep at all and we were able to walk out several hundred feet and barely get to our waist. Space was very comfortable for four of us and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook most meals.
