Perched on the hillside in Ōmapere, South Hokianga, these tiny homes provide privacy and comfort for travellers.
The Space:
TPK Landings Hokianga are located in the small harbourside town of Ōmapere, South Hokianga. Nearby is Ārai te uru lookout, and the Waipoua Forest and other exciting attractions in the area. A comfortable stay in these self contained units that are just a short walk from the beaches and shops.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower and handbasin, the kitchen has a cook top stove, bar fridge, microwave, jug and toaster, utensils, and cooking essentials.
We advise that you bring your own food, although there is a small supermarket and several local eateries just 5 minutes drive away.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the property and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

You can explore all the local natural attractions such as native forests, beaches, bays, waterfalls, caves, and more.
Our local recommendations:
- Ārai te uru lookout - breath taking views over the Hokianga Harbour and out to the Tasman Sea.
- Ōmapere and Ōpononi beaches - enjoy the beautiful Hokianga scenery as you take a stroll along the sandy beaches.
- Waimamaku Beach - Private and pristine, with rock pools, and popular surfing spots.
- Rangatira - The highest Peak on the North side of the harbour, with amazing views over the Hokianga and surrounds. You can use our local water taxis to access the Sand dunes and do a spot of sand boarding if it's your thing.
- Manea - Footprints of Kupe - have an experience like no other and learn about our famous voyager, Kupe.
- Waipoua Forest - The home of Tane Mahuta and Te Matua Ngahere, kilometres of native bush, and home to some of NZ's most treasured birds.

Omapere is 3km from the Opononi township on State Highway 12.
By public transport:
No public transports are available
Other Things to Note:
- Pets are not allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking or vaping inside, except in designated (or outside) areas
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Make sure to turn off the lights, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the house.
Please ensure that you bring your own beach towels, as we only provide bathroom towels that must not be used at the beach.
