It has a unique rustic feel about it, which is also very comfortable to sit and relax, play board games or watch the children run around in the back yard. (firewood not included)

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent residence, rent to mature guest (28+ years) The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying.
Loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only (28+years). The property is patrolled by security. If Neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
