There are 2 spacious main bathrooms, one located downstairs,and features a walk in shower, large bath and toilet. Upstairs, the bathroom has a shower and toilet only. The main bedroom ensuite has a shower and toilet.

You will be greeted by the spacious, light, and airy open-plan kitchen and dining area. Carefully crafted to provide an inviting space for guests to come together, the kitchen boasts modern stone benches, creating an elegant and contemporary atmosphere. It's fully equipped with top-of-the-line amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, induction stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine, and quality appliances. You'll also find an extensive collection of crockery and cutlery, along with a variety of pots and pans, ensuring your culinary experience is as enjoyable as it is convenient.

Upstairs, you'll find the heart of the home – an open-plan space that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A generously sized dining table awaits, accommodating all your guests comfortably. For entertainment, a flat screen wall mounted smart Television is provided, allowing guests to log in to their preferred streaming services.

Step out onto the expansive covered deck, providing an alternative outdoor dining spot to the indoor area. A full-size dining table, with seating for 8, ensures everyone can gather around for each meal or just enjoy some time out reading a book.

Downstairs, a second lounge room beckons, leading to another covered deck area with integrated weber barbeque, high bar table and stunning round white dining table. Spend your afternoons enjoying a barbeque while keeping an eye on the children in the pool.

The floors downstairs have been fitted with underfloor heating to keep you toasty warm in the cooler months.

The house is located across the road from Collingwood Beach and an easy 600 metre walk to the local shops, coles and coffee shops.
A 5 minute drive or 3.6k. walk and you will find yourselves in Huskisson where you will find the pub and club overlooking the water, plenty of cafes, restaurants, boutique clothes shops, surf shops and homeware stores.

Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay
