This recently constructed apartment serves as a welcoming open-plan sanctuary elevated above the urban hustle and bustle. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in gorgeous natural light while creating an ever-changing neighbourhood scene below.
Featuring a bright and airy living space that seamlessly extends to a private balcony, you can put your feet up on the sofa or enjoy your morning coffee al fresco, all while basking in the morning sunlight. The contemporary kitchen, complete with a marble worktop, is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and features a breakfast bar with stools for casual dining, as well as a dishwasher for effortless clean-up. Additionally, a spacious six-seater timber dining table is available, which can also serve as a dedicated workspace should you be visiting on business.
Two light-filled bedrooms comfortably accommodate three guests, featuring a queen-size bed in one and a single bed in the other. The primary bedroom conveniently features an ensuite with a walk-in shower and modern vanity, while the main bathroom is equally sleek. Both bathrooms include complimentary toiletries.
Additional amenities feature high-speed Wi-Fi and an in-unit laundry facility complete with a two-in-one washer/dryer. Please note that the market is only open from Thursday to Sunday. Be sure to enjoy the nearby Flagstaff Gardens, a quick 15-minute stroll from the stay. Here, youâll find a lush, green escape right in the city centre, perfect for a stroll or a picnic. And for those who wish to venture further, public transport links are easily accessible, making the entire city of Melbourne readily explorable.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Standard check-in time for meet-and-greet is from 3pm-8pm. Check-in after 8pm will incur a $35 fee. If you are running late to meet our key handler, please let us know ASAP. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler, as this is what the service charges us.
