Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom 2-bathroom retreat nestled in the serene surroundings near Awaruku Reserve. If you're seeking a tranquil escape with the convenience of modern amenities you've found your perfect getaway. Kids will love the trampoline and swingset perfect for some outdoor playtime. The bedroom's breakdown is this: 1 Large Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite. 3 Medium/small Rooms with Queen beds. 1 small bedroom with one set of single bunkbeds. Please note: The living area is on the Ground floor. There are permanent tenants at the bottom area. Please keep in mind the quiet hours in order to have a friendly environment for everyone please. Please note: The swimming pool in the photo is available for your use between 8am and 9pm daily the pool is shared with the basement apartment (please do not use their equipments and gear). The swimming pool maintenance is managed by our accommodating neighbour who generously allows our guests to enjoy this amenity. While we don't directly manage the pool's cleaning schedule and are not responsible for the pool we want you to fully enjoy your stay and make the most of this shared swimming pool but please respect the times of use only between 8am and 9pm each day. This property is surrounded by quiet family homes with children who enjoy quiet evenings. Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
No exceptions.
Driveway Rules:
No Parking or No Stopping in the shared driveway at anytime. The driveway is Tow Away Zone.
Vehicles can be collected from Auckland Towing. Towing fees are to be paid by the vehicle owner directly to Auckland Towing. To have a vehicle removed that is blocking your access please call Auckland Towing.
PLEASE be aware and make sure you put your key back in the lockbox before your check-out time. The extra cost of replacement for this Security Key is $150.
***We are open to having small pets stay in our properties but please talk to us BEFORE booking.*** We love having pets stay with us but we have some rules you will need to agree and accept first to help us protect our landlords property and our relationship with our neighbours. And we donât charge extra for your pet unless you break our rules.
Pet Rules; you agree to clean up after your pet, this includes but not limited to all poo and hair after your pet. You'll also be responsible for any and full replacement for any damage they cause, either intentionally or carelessly. This may include professional shampooing of carpet or in extreme cases carpet replacement if we can not remove the smell of pet urine or poo in the carpet. Your pet must remain quiet, if we receive a noise complaint we reserve the right to cancel your stay with immediate notice.
Only pre-approved pets permitted on the property at any time. Please keep your pet within the house site. Please reply with âWe accept the pet rulesâ and we will approve your booking. Thank you. We have had lots of happy pets stay at our properties without incidents and we are confident you and your pet will enjoy staying at our property too.
