This fresh and contemporary stay within the historical triple-brick landmark that was once home to Prahran State School, which opened in 1888, has now been converted into stylish apartments complete with modern comforts and double-glazed windows to ensure a relaxed and carefree visit to Melbourne.

Upstairs is the main living area where an open-plan layout features a streamlined kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals at home. Stock up on fresh produce at the nearby Prahran Market to enjoy around the four-seater dining table, and after a day of work or sightseeing, unwind on the generous sofa and chaise with some TV or settle in on the armchair with a book.

Downstairs, two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms sleep four guests. The master bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed and a large, wall-mounted TV while in the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed and mirrored built-ins that create a sense of spaciousness. An immaculately appointed bathroom offers a shower and complimentary toiletries.

Other conveniences include WiFi, central air-conditioning and heating, off-street parking for one car, and a washing machine and dryer.

Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We offer a selection of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, single-use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, long-life milk, and cleaning/laundry supplies. Beds are made with linens and we provide one towel per person, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. We do not replenish these items and encourage you to travel with additional items or purchase these locally during your stay. If staying longer-term, please contact us to arrange cleaning including fresh linens and replenishment of these supplies at an additional cost.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
