Hello everyone,
I am delighted to present you with a River View 2 1/2 apartment with access to High-Speed Wifi Internet & 50" Smart TV. You'll be benefiting from having complete access to the apartment. It's well lit and located in a lovely building. Parking included.
You will enjoy the elegant view of the neighborhood while facing the front of the water. Close to several services (Bank, Convenience Store, Pharmacy, Park, Bus Stop, âŠ). Best spot in Montreal to enjoy activities along the river.
Exquisite Daylight-Basement Apartment located in a very quiet area. It's situated in a safe and calm 6-plex. It's approximately 10 minutes away from the airport by car, which is excellent for travelers. Close by to Angrignon Mall and Metro Station, by approximately 8 minutes by car. Convenience Store, pharmacy, and bike shop are all within walking distance. Perfect for professionals coming to Montreal on a business trip as well for travelers looking to visit the city.

We have recently placed newer Furnitures/Appliances throughout the apartment for better comfort and entertainment (Beds, Couch, TV, Air Purifier, ...). Thus, you will be one of the first to enjoy the newer Furnishings.
The Smart TV is set-up with "Netflix" and "Disney +". Several of the best movies and shows are available for your entertainment.
The breeze of fresh air coming from the surroundings especially from the river is outstanding.
Air Conditioning is installed and ready to be used by guests. As well, there is a Tower Fan.
Nearby several laundromat (5 minutes drive).
