Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat located 100m from Battersea Park (the best and most beautiful park in London!)
10 minutes (walk) from Chelsea, 15 minutes (walk) from the spectacular Battersea Power Station shopping complex and 10 minutes (walk) from Clapham Junction Station.
We have recently restored and renovated our flat to a very high standard, this property is in a league of its own.
A cool calm and quiet space to retreat to, in the heart of South West London.
The flat is decorated with a natural and earthy colour palate, using mostly English materials and design, to create our beautiful London home.
Step out the front door onto one of London’s most charming streets, and into Battersea Park, which is over 200 acres of park land stretching along the river Thames.
PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS
-A large cosy and bright living room, which leads out to a leafy and private terrace.
-Two large bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom and a bath to soak in.

-Excellent location opposite Battersea Park.
-A fully equipped, open-plan kitchen.
-Very bright, warm and sunny.
-Fresh minimum feel with clever and generous storage.
-The whole flat will be rented exclusively and privately to you.

UPON BOOKING – If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourselves (i.e work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) who will be staying, where you are traveling from, and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK IN: An early check in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge of £60.00
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guest to check out by 11AM. A late check out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge of £60.00
LONGER STAYS:
For bookings over 10 days, weekly mid-stay cleaning will be required at an additional weekly cost to our guests. This service is necessary as we have found that it helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of longer bookings, and it keeps our home at the standard we want to provide for you.
