Your Cape Cod rental home awaits! Unwind in this beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home featuring Central A/C located just moments to the Association Beach on Lewis Bay. The open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere with a comfortable living room including 70“ TV that seamlessly flows into the updated kitchen and dining area. Sliders lead to the spacious deck offering a perfect spot for outdoor dining, relaxation, and ample space for outdoor games.

The primary bedroom is a retreat in itself, featuring a king bed and a private bath. Two additional bedrooms provide versatile sleeping arrangements: one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over full bunk bed plus an extra twin bed. The finished garage has been transformed into a delightful game room complete with a pool table and a 50" TV.

Renters can enjoy the Acres of Pines Beach on Lewis Bay just half a mile away that provides a private gated parking lot and a dedicated parking space. Additionally Seagull Beach, Yarmouth's largest and most popular beach, is a quick 2-minute drive. Downtown Hyannis, Hyannis Harbor, ferries, great shopping, restaurants, and activities for everyone are only a few moments away for after beach fun. This rental home promises a perfect blend of comfort, recreation, and proximity to the best that Cape Cod has to offer. There is driveway parking for 4 cars. PLEASE do not park on the lawn. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and I appreciate the uncluttered decor and some empty cabinets where we could store our snacks, etc. The main living room/open kitchen area and deck were great for our family to hang out together in. The private beach was also great and the calm water worked well for my 2 year old granddaughter. Also impressive were shelving available in the rooms and bathrooms to unpack without being cluttered for the week.

Cape Cod vaca

Clean, convenient location, and very responsive management. The beach pass was a plus. There was a storage area with beach toys, and everything needed which was nice. Smart TV a little slow with the internet for searching what to watch but personal devices and streaming were fine. Game room was a nice spread out area for the kids to play and avoid congestion in the common area. Had a lot of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. stocked kitchen with supplies. Could have more spices but had the basics. Two things I would recommend: add some multi purpose cleaner with a stash of paper towel to allow for cleaning the bathrooms during the stay and also, a small fire pit to enjoy outside. Beautifully kept grass the kids loved to play on. Couches were more aesthetic than functional, not the most comfortable but did the job. You can tell the house was kept up with well as nothing is broken or wearing out. I do have to rave about the property management. They had a quick response along with solutions to our asks. We were given the wrong code to get in the house as well as the beach gate they were very timely in responses and answers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our rental. It was quite spacious and very beautiful. Definitely an awesome location and private beach is great. The kitchen was very well stocked for all cooking needs which was a plus. The only thing I didn’t love was walking into the rental for the first time and the floors were definitely not cleaned thoroughly. We also had to purchase garbage bags bc they only had 2 available. Overall, we would stay here again 100%.
