Family Spring Break

We cannot say enough how much we loved this property! It genuinely felt like a home away from home for our family of 6. The wildlife, and the view were unbeatable. We will 100% be back.

Great Home with great views

Our family loved this home. Very well kept great space. Everything we needed was provided by the home. Will definitely be putting this one on our revisit list. We going to Ruidoso a few time in the summer.

Relaxing

The home is beautiful with amazing views. We enjoyed the wildlife roaming the area. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for entertaining. We will definitely rent this home again!!

So Close to Perfect

The house is beautiful and the photos are accurate. The views in all directions are breathtaking. The furnishings are exquisite. The beds are comfortable. Having said that the housekeeping could be improved. There was a dark stain on the carpet in the great room, the side oven was unusable because the bottom of it was covered in some sort of melted food that smoked and continued to burn horribly, the dishwasher was still full of dishes so we had to empty prior to using, the towels for the primary bedroom were still in the dryer- small considerations but when you are being charged for cleaning you expect to arrive to a house that doesn’t need any housekeeping attention. We had to leave a full day early and we notified the local contact both by phone and e-mail but never got any acknowledgment. Called Evolve the following day and they were good enough to document our change of dates. Not having the local contact acknowledge our early departure made us uneasy since the property was still under our name for 24 hours after we left it. Despite (rather minor) inconveniences we would highly recommend the property for its views, location, and amenities.
