Wonderful brand new full suite! Separate entry! Spacious two bedrooms, wash, living & kitchen rooms. Calm & quiet home in safe & secure neighbourhood. Prime location by circle drive connecting HWY 16, 11, 7 & 5. 5 mins walk to Market Mall. 4-5 mins drive to Stonebridge/Clarence shopping complex. Stores, restaurants, banks are at 5-7 mins walk/drive. 10-14 mins drive to downtown & airport. Highly vigilant area. 100% smoke & bug free home. Guests have parking. Suite has 58’’ brand new SMART TV.
The space
It's a beautiful new suite! This cute complete suite contains two large bedrooms, one full washroom, living space & a spacious kitchen. Completely separate entrance to get inside the suite. The orientation of the rooms & gorgeous furniture enhanced the beauty of this home away home. I am sure you will feel it as your own home while staying at this calm and quiet home in this wonderful neighbourhood. This beautiful detached house is situated in a prime location of the city very close to the circle drive which connects HWY 16, 11, 7, 5, 14 & others.

One parking is available for the guests on the premise. If guests have more than one vehicle then there are street parking available just with the front yard of the house. Street parking is always available in front of the house.

Centre Mall, Market Mall, Stonebridge/Clarance shopping complex all are at 5-10 mins drive. Several essential stores including Walmart, Superstore, restaurants, banks, leisure centres, etc. can be reached just by 5-7 mins drive. 10 & 14 mins drive to downtown Saskatoon & Saskatoon international airport respectively. Two bus stops are just in front of the house!

It's a highly secured neighbourhood that remains so vigilant that it will simply make your stay safe, secure and pleasant. No security concerns or other issues in this incredible residential area. Neighbours are simply great people living in harmony. We are so connected to our awesome neighbours. They are amazing people! It's a nice residential area free of any kind of noise.

Beautiful elm trees in front of the house will touch your hearts and feelings! It's an incredible beauty for sure! Three cute spruce trees which were planted 50 years back has added to the beauty of this house.

This completely separate brand new suite is more than 900 square meters. These 900 square meters include only bedrooms, a washroom, living space and a kitchen. The common room which has a washing machine and dryer is not included in that space.

Scrupulously clean!

This is a very basic suite with two bedrooms, nice beds and a large kitchen dining area. The driveway backs onto a very busy street which can be a bit scary. The upstairs of the house is occupied and the driveway must be shared with another vehicle and, at times , two vehicles. The plugs in the kitchen are very stiff and take some getting used to as does the shower as you must pull down on the spout for the shower to work. The bathroom is very small and only three towels were provided , no hand towels or washcloths, no soap but there was shampoo. I found a hairdryer in a bathroom cupboard after I bought another one. The couch sinks in pretty easily but the tv is beautiful and a smart tv. The most important thing was that the place was incredibly clean and the host was lovely to talk to and responded immediately when we needed anything. Just a lovely person.
