This spacious multi-level unit features 4 bedrooms and 2 full plus 2 half bathrooms with a convenient location and easy walk or bike ride to the beach, waterslide, mini golf, restaurants and more!! Bright and beachy decor includes central air conditioning and open concept living area with upgraded full kitchen and oversized bar area including stainless-steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, WiFi, TV and DVD, Gas Grill, and outside shower. Relax and enjoy sunshine and sea breezes out on any of the 3 cozy decks overlooking the canal! The family will enjoy relaxing afternoons alongside the community swimming pool.
