On the upper level there is a spacious light-filled, open-plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of bench space and a Lavazza coffee machine.
Large sliding-glass doors lead to the extensive deck which is ideal for outdoor entertaining, with BBQ, table and seating for 8 people.
There is a smart TV and 4K DVD recorder/player.
The large master bedroom upstairs has sea views, Queen bed, walk-in robe, ceiling fan and a spacious ensuite with shower, toilet and single vanity. You can access the deck via a sliding-glass door, or just enjoy the amazing view of the ocean from your bed.
There is also a separate toilet, bath and single vanity area upstairs for general use.
The spacious, living area downstairs has large sliding-glass doors to maximise the sea views and allow natural light into the home. The area is set up to entertain the children and offers a large 3-seater and 2-seater lounge, TV, DVD, table tennis table, toys, games and books.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and sea views. Bedroom 3 has two Single beds. Bedroom 4 has a King Single and a Single bed.
All bedrooms have a ceiling fan and hanging space.
The downstairs bathroom has a shower, single vanity and a separate toilet.
Both levels have a reverse-cycle air conditioner.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Off-street parking is available.
Linen is available from the owners for an additional fee.
