Modern and Comfortable House for 7 people
Very beautiful town house of 120 mÂČ recently built, spacious, comfortable, quiet, located 5 minutes from Montereau-Fault-Yonne, 18 minutes from the Varenne-sur-Seine leisure center, and 27 minutes from the ChĂąteau de Fontainebleau.
Equipped with fiber, close to all amenities, many home delivery services are also available.
The city is served by public transport and is approximately 1 hour from Paris Gare de Lyon.
Easy parking, private parking in front of the house.
Housing:
The house can accommodate 7 people
On the ground floor:
- A large living room with two sofas, flat screen TV, Wifi Internet and TV decoder available
- A large fitted and fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine.
- Dining room
- Bathroom with an Italian shower, toilet
- A washing machine is at your disposal
- A dryer machine is at your disposal
Upstairs :
- 3 bedrooms: 1 king size bed with dressing room + 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed
- Bathroom with a bathtub, toilet
- Baby equipment to change it
Traveler access
- Arrival is autonomous with a key box or by the owner.
- You will have access to all the accommodation and all the equipment: you will feel at home!
- Parking is in front of the house.

- When you leave, the house must be left clean and tidy.

- The house is non-smoking and is not suitable for animals.
