We offer this entire (3 bedrooms) for your comfort. It features an independent back yard, a large 1st floor with 2 living rooms, kitchenette, study, powder room and dining room. The dining table seats 10 people +. However access to the independent basement is not granted. It is equipped with a smartlock and a camera video at the entrance door. It is situated in Ottawa at 15 mn from Parliament Hill, 7.1 km from Ottawa Convention Centre, as well as 15mn from Rideau center. Peace Tower is 7.8 km from the house. Guests can benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site . The property is non-smoking and is located 5.8 km from Ottawa Train Station. Great location with lots of room

Had a wonderful stay at this home. Great location in a nice neighborhood. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Solved any issues we had and answered all of our questions. The home had lots of room with all the amenities. There is a tenant in the basement apartment but that was never an issue. CheersDave and Lisa

Not what we signed up for

There were people living in the basement that we were not told about. We expected to have the house to ourselves. I called the host and asked them who else was in the house. The host informed us there are students living in the basement. These students woke us up both nights and it was disturbing knowing there were other people in the house we did not know about. Also, the bedding was full of hairs and looked unclean. We washed our bedding before sleeping in it. The property said a hot tub, there was not one. The location was good and the size of the house was large, but otherwise, we weren't impressed with our stay.
