Guest Access:
Introducing our smart lock system: Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a temporary password and a fob for seamless access to both the building and their designated unit, conveniently situated on the ground floor.
Other Things to Note:
Access: Fob in lockbox for building and apartment door entry.
Bin Days: General - Mon, Wed, Fri; Recycling - Mon.
Parking: Check availability. May be able to assist if you ask in advance.
Security: Cameras in common areas in apartment complex.
Accessibility: Ground floor.
Amenities: Amenities only restocked at the start of stay.
Coffee Machine: Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine (coffee pods are not supplied).
CHECK-IN TIME
- from 3 pm onwards.
- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
CHECK-OUT TIME
- until 10 am.
- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.
GUESTS
- Guests have to supply their ID and email address two days before the check-in.
- Please do not book on behalf of other people, your children etc.
- Companies are welcome once they book under the travellers' names.
RULES
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- No parties.
- Visitors are not allowed to overnight.
- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.
PARKING
- Parking can be arranged by contacting the host when you make your booking, there is a fee of $15 per night. It is subject to availability.
While the apartment is in the Best Western serviced apartments complex it is privately owned, and the Best Western personnel are not there to assist you. Please contact our host for any queries, do not contact Best Western staff.
Public access to the building is restricted through a reception lobby and the provided fob card enables secure after-hours access.

The guests can contact us by booking platform Inbox or the email address supplied with any concerns or questions they may have, and we will get back to them as soon as possible.
