This light, airy, and spacious one-bedroom unit offers comfortable living with a fully equipped kitchen and a sun lounge/balcony area ideal for a home-cooked lunch with friends over. Relax in the bedroom, which features a plush King-size bed for a restful night's sleep.

Escape to our lovely apartment in a walkable urban village with a lagoon and a park nearby. Just a stone's throw away from Canal Walk, one of Africa's largest shopping malls, you will be surrounded by retail stores, local brands, bespoke boutiques, eateries, cafes, bakeries, take-out joints, steak houses, entertainment stores, and a cinema.
You can enjoy Century City's lush greenery and all its offerings in complete relaxation and peace of mind, with 24-hour security and secure parking.
Nearby Attractions:
Century City Conference Centre (CCCC): The fully equipped and sustainable Conference Centre boasts an ideal central location, a 10-minute walk at the heart of Cape Townâs vibrant Century City precinct.
Intaka Island: Home to over 120 species of birds, a must for any bird watcher just a short 5-minute stroll away.
