This gorgeous new home is just a stroll away from a beautiful, safe swimming beach and walking distance to the Busselton Jetty precinct, CBD and plenty of shopping & eatery choices.
GRACE will suit both couples and groups wanting a relaxing getaway or a young family.
If you feel like being active, bring your bikes to explore the expansive bike pathways we have to offer, or there are huge playing grounds just next door to take the dog for a run in the morning.
This property is set-up with your comfort in mind with quality furnishings and amenities in every room. Features include - Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms, wifi, coffee pod machine, dishwasher & fully equipped kitchen including double ovens.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Large open plan kitchen and dining area, main living area with smart TV and a second private lounge room with smart TV. Outside you can relax in the sheltered outdoor patio area, wash off after the beach in the outdoor shower which has hot water available. The private yard is fully enclosed.
Parking is available in the garage & driveway for 3 cars.

- The CLEANING FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :
* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants
* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants
* Tea towels
* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)
* Our 'Basic Starter' package - these are STARTER essentials including tea/coffee/sugar/salt/pepper sachets, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay. No other pantry items are provided.
- 1 x small dog is allowed after arrangement with us. Please ensure you let us know you have a dog to bring upon your initial enquiry. Dogs are to be strictly outside only at all times, cannot cause a disturbance to neighbors and cannot be left unattended at the home at any time.
- Beach towels are NOT included
- Bed blankets are made available at the home during colder months
-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.
- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.ï»ż
