Welcome to Kyeema in Inverloch, the perfect holiday destination next to the ocean! Located in a highly sought-after pocket of Inverloch, this fantastic home is just a few minutes' walk to the beach and walking paths, while also being in fantastic proximity to everything Inverloch has to offer. You can take a gentle stroll to the town centre or the surf lifesaving club to make the most of your vacation.
This lovely property features three comfortable bedrooms that can sleep up to eight people. The two queen beds and two bunk beds provide ample space for everyone, while the bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet offers ultimate convenience. The north-facing sundrenched deck is the perfect spot for alfresco dining, complete with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
As you enter the property, you will be greeted with a beautifully decorated open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area. The lounge features comfortable couches, a flat screen TV with Netflix, a Bluetooth speaker, and plenty of board games to keep the whole family entertained after a day spent at the beach. The split system heater/air conditioner ensures that you have a comfortable stay all year round. The dining table sits beside the lounge, and the well-equipped kitchen has an electric stove and cooktop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster as well as a coffee machine and breakfast bar.
The laundry area provides a washing machine and dryer with ironing facilities, while the separate toilet is located off the laundry. Outside, a flat, grassy, fully fenced yard is ideal for young children, small pets and for the family to spread out and enjoy the sunshine amidst the established gardens and trees. The outdoor shower is perfect for cleaning off sand after a day at the beach. The large carport provides undercover parking for two vehicles, with off-street parking available for additional cars or a boat.
