1101 NW Elm St Cottage är en fantastisk bas för ditt besök i vinlandet Willamette Valley. Dalen har över 500 vingårdar och stugan ligger inom en timme från både Portland Metro och Oregon Coast. Stugan renoverades noggrant 2017 och innehåller nu nya apparater i rostfritt stål, diskbänk, originella trägolv, nya ljusarmaturer, ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare i ett obefläckat tvättstuga för fartyg, alla nya VVS-inventarier, romantisk eldstad, platt skärm- TV med Bluetooth och surroundljud. Stugan ligger på ett stort hörnparti med 14 x 14 kvm däck utanför sovrummet, nya fönster med dubbla fönster, tak och färg. Bäst av allt, stugan ligger bara kvarter från det vackra centrum McMinnville, USA: s 2: a bästa Main St. (av Parade Magazine 2014).

Sweet McMinnville Cottage!

We were in the area for a wedding and had never been in Oregon before. We traveled from our home state of Vermont with minimal luggage so we were thrilled to find everything we could possibly need. The house is beautifully appointed and absolutely adorable! Communication with the host was easy, entry to the house was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Great Get Away Location

It started out as a solo trip but I ended up having a friend come along. We both loved the cottage. It was the exactly as pictured, quiet and very comfortable for two people. We walked to the main street everyday to work off some of the great food and wine that we sampled. This is my second year in a row that I have spent a few days in this area and I hope to be able to come back in the fall. Would definitely hope to stay in this cottage again and would highly recommend.

Three night stay Thanksgiving Weekend

The cottage was perfect for our three night stay. It was exceptionally clean, had a super comfy bed, and lots of nice touches. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The location is great for visiting the downtown area and close to so many wineries. I highly recommend this property!

Charming and Convenient

We stayed at this lovely little home in the fall/winter of 2024. It is extremely well-stocked and cleverly arranged. A comfortable bed, plenty of fluffy towels, a fully stocked kitchen with many basics to get you started on your stay, and a quiet neighborhood added to our enjoyment. The home is extremely clean and perfect for two adults.

The perfect cozy cottage.

I fell in love with the Willamette Valley on my very first visit. The incredible wineries and breathtaking countryside speak for themselves. What really attracted me was the warm, friendly locals and vintage 3rd St. in downtown McMinnville with its unique tasting rooms and restaurants.

One of the City's quietest neighborhoods, but less than a mile form America's 2nd Best Main Street (Parade Magazine). Use of entire house with parking and covered deck for quiet afternoons.
