Welcome to your stunning apartment in the landmark Base 241 complex, perfectly situated near Canberra city and vibrant Braddon. Located on Northbourne Avenue, the city's main gateway, this apartment offers unbeatable convenience with the Light Rail right in front, providing easy access to the city and surrounding suburbs.
This beautifully presented apartment offers magnificent sunset views from the rooftop terrace and the luxury of a heated pool in the warmer months.
BEDROOM:
Your bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed with professionally cleaned and pressed linens, and ample wardrobe space for all your belongings.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, with fresh bath towels provided.
KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals, featuring appliances such as a fridge/freezer and stovetop. We also stock breakfast essentials like muesli, milk, coffee, and tea (guests to provide additional food items for longer stays).
LIVING ROOM:
The living room includes a comfortable seating area with a smart TV, where you can access Netflix, YouTube, and local channels (guests to use their own streaming accounts).
LAUNDRY AREA:
For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board.
COMMON AREA:
Please note that common areas, such as the pool and roof top terrace, may occasionally be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements on the premises at the time of your arrival.
PARKING:
Parking is easy with a secure garage that can accommodate up to two cars, and additional free street parking is available.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
