WORLD CLASS VIEWS PROPERTY SUMMARY:
Perched perfectly above the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown, World Class Views is a purpose-built holiday home with designer details and an incredible, scenic outlook. To further maximise options for groups, this house boasts 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, heat pumps and a large wood burner all complete with a well-appointed kitchen.
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Enter through the main entrance to the large open plan living, dining and kitchen. Open the doors to the wrap around balcony with views from the stunning Remarkables to Ben Lomond Mountain. Behind all the fun on the top floor is a guest toilet, as well as the first two bedrooms both complete with ensuite bathrooms and the master including a designer bath.
As you head downstairs, you have the laundry area hidden in the cupboard then halfway down is the back door which leads out to the garden. Downstairs starts with two Queen bedrooms to your left, both with ensuite bathrooms.
In the summer months, open the balcony doors, take in the views and enjoy a BBQ with plenty of places to sit, eat and relax!

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
You will have access to the entire home.
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.

- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.

- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
