New to Luxury Beach Rentals, this 10th-floor condo at Bay View Resort offers direct ocean and pool views from the balcony. The condo was just updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring, large 65inch smart tv in living room and fully painted! It can accommodate up to 6 guests with 2 full-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The resort offers a wide range of amenities including a lazy river, large oceanfront pool and deck, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, a fitness room, lounge and Starbucks onsite!

The condo is situated directly on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, putting you right in the heart of all the action! Walk to iconic spots like the SkyWheel, RipTydz, Pier 14, Banditos, and countless other fantastic restaurants and attractions along the Grand Strand. It's a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium, with many popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shops nearby.

Three week stay

Building was clean and well cared for. Unit was spacious and clean. Large balcony was a big plus. Kitchen and bathroom had nice granite countertops.

Close Enough to the Action, Just Far Enough to Escape

We had an amazing time at this Myrtle Beach getaway! The location is perfect—close to all the fun but tucked away just enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Loved the nearby little bars and shops for a drink or quick bite. One of the highlights was spotting dolphins right from the balcony!The property itself has everything you could want: a pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, and even a small gym. Connecting with the property manager was a breeze, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Already hoping to book again soon!

Girls trip!

Condo was just as advertised, fridge quit working our 2nd day but maintenance came right away and got it back up & running! Living room furniture and decor was a little outdated but in reality it suited our needs! Great little condo, we would stay again!

Summer vacation

It is a very nice place and great location. The only problem with our stay was that the bedroom TV didn’t work and the kids didn’t like that at all.

Great location, awful building

It was great being on the beach! The property management was fantastic. The condo itself was not so great. While it had new floors and newly painted walls, the furniture was worn. The bed sheets felt like you were sleeping on sandpaper. The fridge didn't work and it smelled like rotten milk inside. Maintenance was called twice but never showed up. The building walls are super thin, our bedroom wall literally shook every time a door was shut near our room. We were woken up multiple times every night by loud people in the halls and doors slamming. While the view was amazing, I will not be coming back to this condo and don't recommend it to anyone.

Awesome Hotel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The room was really nice had everything we needed the location was awesome and the very was oh so relaxing. Great for a family vacation or a couple's vacation. I definitely will stay there again.
