New to the Luxury Beach Rentals program, this 10th-floor condo at Bay View Resort offers direct ocean and pool views from the balcony. The condo was just updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring, large 65inch smart tv in living room and fully painted! It can accommodate up to 6 guests with 2 full-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The resort offers a wide range of amenities including a lazy river, large oceanfront pool and deck, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, a fitness room, lounge and Starbucks onsite!

The condo is situated directly on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, putting you right in the heart of all the action! Walk to iconic spots like the SkyWheel, RipTydz, Pier 14, Banditos, and countless other fantastic restaurants and attractions along the Grand Strand. It's a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium, with many popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shops nearby.

Location is excellent, that's the only positive. Weed smoke smell was coming in through bathroom vent at times.. sofa had stains, all furniture including bed should be replaced.

Spring Break

The condo was nice. No complaints about the facility or the condo. Other than, the AC does not work and it was hot the entire trip. An easy repair. Just wanted you to be aware. The only thing I can say that is negative was about the wildness of the other guests in the lobby, pool areas, etc. my family and I could not enjoy the shared areas because the people staying here were VERY wild. We did not feel comfortable in the shared pool and lobby areas. Which is unfortunate. We actually felt unsafe especially on Friday and Saturday. I was however pleasantly surprised with the landscaping and the overall look of the facility, it was very pretty, and the beach was not crowded at all like we expected it would be in the middle of Myrtle Beach in Spring Break.
