This 17th-floor condo at Bay View on the Boardwalk, offers direct ocean views from the balcony. It can accommodate up to 6 guests with 2 full-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. New to Luxury Beach Rentals, this 17th-floor condo at Bay View Resort offers direct ocean and pool views from the balcony. The condo was just updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring, large 65inch smart tv in living room and fully painted! It can accommodate up to 6 guests with 2 full-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The resort offers a wide range of amenities including a lazy river, large oceanfront pool and deck, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, a fitness room, lounge and Starbucks onsite!

The condo is situated directly on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, putting you right in the heart of all the action! Walk to iconic spots like the SkyWheel, RipTydz, Pier 14, Banditos, and countless other fantastic restaurants and attractions along the Grand Strand. It's a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium, with many popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shops nearby.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from this condo are beautiful, and having a full, well equipped kitchen was wonderful. We enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach and being within walking distance to the Country Music festival. We had 2 maintenance issues while here which was frustrating, especially since one was a leak that was already there when we checked in. Management handled them fairly quickly. Beds were comfortable, and the condo was clean. Ownership could make the condo nicer by replacing appliances that are old, cheap, and damaged as well as fully repair previous water damage that must have occurred, but overall this was a great weekend away.

Property was clean for the most part. Location is fine. The bed in this specific room is terrible. The pools were a little dirty and the power went out multiple times, one of Which trapped us in the elevator, descending from floor 17. We were stuck on the elevator for roughly 45 minutes and it took the fire department to get us out. There was no bad weather on the day this happened that could have caused the power surges. I’m unclear onto what caused the multiple power outages throughout that day, however it is the reason for our overall bad review.
