Light and airy, the Villa is in the perfect location to walk to anything. Located within 10 minutes walk to the centre of Byron village, abundant with boutique shops, restaurants and cafes.
We Welcome you into our home with a bottle of champagne and some goodies to share with your loved ones.

The entry opens to the substantial open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area.
Outside you have multiple entertaining options, all taking advantage of the breathtaking natural surrounds.
Escape the heat in the swimming pool (complex shared) or a dip at one of the most beautiful beaches Belongil beach, a 5 minute walk around the corner and then refresh yourself with a fresh drink at Belongil cafe across the road.
The master suite with King bed encourages you to slowly unwind and Spend some quiet time on your veranda taking in the lush tropical views of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoy sweeping views across Cape Byron Marine Park to Julian Rocks and the Byron Lighthouse. And then unwind in the private bathroom. Large wardrobes space.
the 2nd bedroom consists of a double bed with a single bunk bed ontop and single beds (bunks) whilst the lower level has a queen bed and bathroom. 4 beds in total in bedroom 2.
Lower bedroom - 1 x Queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
With fully ducted air-conditioning the house is comfortable and cosy all year round.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do no comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
The maximum number of people allowed on the property is the number of people at booking. Any additional visitors will be asked to leave, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

We love animals and your pets are welcome but we must respect the common areas and our neighbours. Please keep your dog on the lead in common areas at all times. They are NOT allowed in the pool area. Any damages we will be asking you pay through airbnb.
