You will have easy access off a sealed main road. Set amongst 300 acres of beautiful cattle grazing country in the Mary valley. You will experience the classic charm of the homestead while receiving all the modern comforts. Belli creek runs through the property, offering tranquil views and plenty of fresh air. You can expect to see the cows feeding their calves and visits from the friendly horses popping their heads over the fence.

Spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and open plan living areas with high ceilings throughout make for the perfect space to relax and spend time with family and friends. Pour a glass of your favorite beverage, relax and enjoy the calming views of rolling hills, beautiful sunsets and abundant wildlife!

The kitchen has everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply make your morning coffee. There is a 90cm oven, perfect for a family roast or two. Large island bench and handy walk-in pantry. Essential appliances also include the coffee machine, sandwich press, microwave and more.

The bedrooms have been furnished with comfortable beds and quality linen. The master, second and third bedrooms have queen sized beds. The master bedroom offers a walk-in robe and spacious ensuite. The fourth bedroom offers 2 single beds. All rooms have large built-in robes, ceiling fans and hi speed star link internet.

Outside:
The large deck has been set up for you to dine, relax and spend time enjoying the views. Relax and watch the kid's roast marshmallows around the outdoor fire. The backyard is spacious, plenty of room to kick a footy.

There is a double lock up garage.
