Perfect Spring Getaway

The property was amazing and had everything you could possibly need! The host was very attentive and the check in/out process was a piece of cake. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day after a long day of hiking.

From booking to arrival to checking out the host was above and beyond AMAZING. We have booked through vrbo countless times and although we've never had a bad experience this was by far the best. Honestly couldn't have wanted anything more. They think of everything!

Great weekend by the lake

Great home with great attention to detail, but we honestly spent most of our time and meals at the awesome remote porch overlooking the river. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing!!

River Pointe was an amazing place to stay. It had all the comforts of home and more. The kids loved the game room, adults enjoyed the hot tub. Great view of the lake and peaceful! We are adding this to our list of faves.

Great Place to stay!

The house was great. Weather was not great, however, we still enjoyed our stay. Many little touches that made it a great place to stay, convenient to everything and owner was very responsive to texts and even warned us of an incoming storm. The house had everything that we needed to make it comfortable and we will be back.

Wow. This is a gem in Pulaski. The views of Cumberland are amazing and the sunsets were breathtaking.

Spring Break Getaway

Overall, really enjoyed the property. The back deck and hot tub overlooking the river was the primary selling point. Great kitchen and game room that the kids enjoyed. It is a very nice and private property where you can just relax.

Amazing time

I hate to over sell how great this place was because we look forward to returning in the future. But the house was a amazing. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. The hosts were the best. Very quick to respond and give advice. The kids loved the trains going by and would take off running every time you heard a train come. There's just so much great things at this location it's hard to say it all. We were very happy with the hosts they were the BEST!!!

Wonderful Getaway

The property was absolutely beautiful! It was clear a lot of thought and care was put into every last detail of the home and the amenities provided. They had thought of absolutely everything! The owner was easy to get ahold of and checked in on us several times throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We had one issue which he resolved as quickly as he possibly could. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family getaway location

We traveled to Somerset during fall break with our 4 children ages 6-16 and this house was oerfect. Plenty of space for all of us, close to hiking trails during the daytime, and the evenings in the hot tub was a great way to end the day. Fantastic views of the river from the deck. My boys were fascinated with the trains going across the bridge. Accommodations were very clean, comfortable beds, and the game room was awesome. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home with Gorgeous View

Myself and a handful of friends stayed here for a short getaway and had a stellar time. The property was amazing and the view from the outdoor living area was spectacular. We really enjoyed the game room and fire pit as well as the deck out on the river. Plenty of sleeping space, a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels. Oh and the TVs were huge! Would highly recommend staying here!!

Great Property!!

The house is great, fully stocked with everything we needed and just as described. We loved the game room, deck overlooking the water, and hot tub. Natalie was so helpful answering my questions and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic! We enjoyed some hikes to see Cumberland Falls and the Natural Arch. Overall, this was a great property for a fun & relaxing get away!

We had the best trip and such a beautiful house and property! Natalie was a gracious host, excellent with providing details and info! It is relaxing, has gorgeous views and all around relaxing weekend! Also great location to access the trails on the area, Big South Fork National River and Rec Area, and Daniel Boone National Forest! Get out and explore!

Wonderful Spring Break stay!

We had a great time with friends at this property for our spring break. It was just the relaxing getaway we needed. We loved the outdoor area overlooking the water. The kids loved the game room and exploring in the woods. Natalie was an amazing host. She answered any questions, has thought of everything in the house and even added extra touches like candy and eggs for the kids. We would definitely come back and will recommend it to friends. .

Perfect!! It’s worth it!!

This property was wonderful! It was secluded, peaceful, and has all the amenities! Natalie was a super host! She made sure we had everything we needed! We rented this house for the view of the lake and train track…our family loves trains. The platform on the cliff was amazing! We relaxed in the hot tub, with the fire table going and “Top of the World” views! When we weren’t relaxing on the deck, the house had so many amenities we were never bored. It also had the most well stocked house and kitchen we have ever seen..it had everything you might need for your stay!

Amazing Host and Home

From start to finish Matt the host was amazing. On arrival we did not have power due to recent storms, but Matt made sure we had everything possible to try to get through the night. Thankfully the power did come back on before we went to bed! The house Is even better in person than the pictures. Anything you could think of that you might need is probably there!! Not only that, but everything is high end and you can tell they really take care of the place. The views from the “treehouse” were just gorgeous!! We came to watch and photograph trains and we had no shortage of trains and loved it!! We also explored nearby Cumberland Falls, Yahoo Falls and Natural Arch!! The area has so much to offer!! Without a doubt we will be guest at River Pointe again in the near future!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Great location- wonderful communication

I can't say enough about this property. When you drive up, it looks so cute and cozy... then you go inside to find all of the amenities of home along with plenty of entertainment and a spacious interior. There's a game room and plenty of board games for cozy winter days or rainy days. There's a tv in every room if you need that sort of entertainment too. The best part was the outdoor deck with views of the marina and the gorgeous woodsy scenery... we were going to hike, but it poured rain our entire stay and I didn't bring shoes that i wanted to get muddy. Natalie was so helpful when I had trouble figuring out the code to enter the house. It gets stuck in cold weather. She was so gracious and accommodating. She even had a great assortment of coffee and creamer, and left us a smores kit. I told her we would definitely be back and she even said she can do special occasion things for us. Super kind and easy to work with. There's plenty of storage, toilet paper and I love the laundry set up (two washers and dryers- which will be helpful during summer stays). We will definitely be back to stay here again. Thank you!

A beautiful get away with wonderful amenities

We decided to book a last minute get away to the lake. This property was breathtaking and was stalked better than any accommodation I've ever stayed in. Board games for the children in addition to the wonderful gameroom, very comfortable beds and pillows only start the list. The outdoor pavilion area is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting in the hot tub is so relaxing overlooking the lake. The ambience of that area is breathtaking! Unfortunately due to the high winds we were unable to use the fire pit area but loved that there was wood available and it was close to the house. Natalie is very responsive and very accommodating with any questions or concerns and makes you feel very welcome. We had a mistake when booking and accidently added an extra night. It added some stress and was a little confusing with the nightly rate. However, Natalie was understanding and adjusted the rate accordingly. Overall a great experience!

Views for days

This house has it all! It was in a great location to trails, food, and the view of the lake. Hot tub worked great and all the beds were extremely comfortable. Also the living room has an awesome 85” tv. Can’t wait to come back again

Beautiful home, amazing owner

Great home with an amazing view of the water from the back patio area. Lots of space outside and an awesome game room in the garage. The property owner Natalie made the check in process a breeze and really made the experience that much better. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Rude rude rude

We were asked to leave the property after asking for hot tub chemicals to be added. Owner cursed out my wife told us to get the eff out a day early. Typical Karen. We were so enjoying this location until host showed up. No communication skills. We are clean people but when u have 12 people in and out of a hot tub for 2 days it may need more chlorine. Ruined our trip dealing with host. Wife was so upset, we showed class and didn’t entertain an argument. Accusatory and disrespectful to your guests is probably not the best way to get more people to stay. Loved the location beautiful, but host does not know how to treat people.

Great extended-family getaway

This property was perfect for our extended family getaway! We enjoyed the deck so much. It was perfect for cocktails and relaxation! The fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the game garage! Natalie’s communication was on-point. We would definitely stay here again!
