New to the Luxury Beach Rentals, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit on the 11th floor offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is the perfect getaway for up to six guests. This suite offers a comfortable and functional space with a king bed, a sleeper sofa and a double-size murphy bed. Other features include flat screen TVs and a galley-style kitchen with flat-top stove, sink, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, basic dish-ware and cookware and a full-size refrigerator.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.

We did not complete our stay. We left and found another place within 4 hours of checking in. When we initially walked into the room there was a strong odor of urine. There was dirt on the bed spread and we noticed what looked like mold or mildew above the Murphy bed our kids would have been sleeping on. Due to the unsanitary condition, we left. We have reached out to the rental company regarding our stay, they’ve been extremely slow to answer, but they are responding.

Great location but Disappointed overall

Location and check-in were really easy. Throughout the stay I received check in texts which was an easy way to ask queations if needed. We had very easy access to the beach and other places we needed to go. The view from the room was great!I knew the unit we reserved was dated but the pictures made it look better than what we actually got. The area behins murphy bed with filthy, the couch and chairs were stained, the couch was very uncomfortable, there was something on the living room ceiling (not sure if it was dirt, mold or just needed painting), there was a sticker from a new bathing suit on a dining room chair, and there was a bad moisture issue in the unit (it was always sticky feeling). The resort just went through upgrades but clearly this unit didn't. I would go back to the resort but would select a different unit.

Terrible communication

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First no one answered my messages whenever I reached out. We didn’t know this was a private owned condo it wasn’t part of the hotel building so if you needed anything for example more toilet paper you would have to reach out to the owner and they never responded. We couldn’t get extra towels and when you would ask the front desk they would say that since it’s private owned they can’t provide those things. I feel like we should’ve known this in advance to be more prepared or the bare minimum for the owner to respond. I would stay here again because the room was nice itself and had alot of space but I would stay with the actual hotel not a private owner.

Decent over all

No table on balcony which is pictured in the listing. Few maintenance issues that need fixed. Listing doesn't say which tower the condo is in so we had to stand in a long line to find out we were in the wrong building and beach access could be easier to get to. If you want to go to the beach before the pool area opens, you have to go all the way around and in the other building.

Last min family vacay

Everything was good other than the pools and elevators were all really dirty…. i dk if someone puked in the pool or what was floating in it needless to say we didn’t get in the pools, also it seemed like random people where just walking in off the street and using the pools and all, it was over crowded and over run no enforcement of any kind, if you want a ruff and rowdy spot this is it! We booked our last day at coral beach resort a its alot better! The room its self was pretty good there was random screws and dirt behind the Murphy bed someone needs to clean up.
