Beach Resort 201 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
Beach Resort 201 is the perfect place to relax because after all, it doesnât get any better than this! A fully-stocked kitchen, and plenty of room to dine and unwind add the comforts of home.
The splish-splash of the fountain outside on the pool deck and the echo of the waves meeting the shore drench each inch of this Destin, FL vacation rental in a relaxing aquatic melody. Not only does Beach Resort 201 overlook the pool deck but it also has deeded beach access.
Play in the surf, grab lunch at one of several nearby beach restaurants and then head less than a mile either east or west for some epic shopping and entertainment at either of Destinâs two outdoor malls, Destin Commons or Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV
