Welcome to Pine Forest lane Sandbanks Prince Edward County. We are only a 2 hour drive east of Toronto and 2.5 hours drive west of Ottawa, a 10 minute drive to Sandbank Beach. The cottage is located in close proximity to 25+ wineries and breweries. The cottage includes amenities such as: a family pool, an adult pool, kids playground, walking trails, boat house, fire pits, fitness facility, lakeside patio, open air pavilion, basketball courts, and a putting green.
The space
Your upscale Cottage on East Lake gives you all the privacy you need to relax. Very family friendly and with full of green space. The cottage is located in woodlands community and Minutes from all the fun of the pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness centre and activity centre or relax with a glass of wine whether rain or shine on your covered porch.

The cottage 2 Large Bedrooms and a 3rd Bedroom. The master bedroom on the first floor is setup with queen bed and 2nd bed room on the first floor is setup with Bunk Bed (single over double). The 3rd bedroom is on 2nd floor (2nd Floor Loft with a two twin beds). There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

The cottage comes with 2 Full bathrooms with showers one in master bedroom and other on general area. 2 TVs with cable TV are included (1 in the master bedroom and the other in the Living room).

The cottage is equipped with wifi to stream your Netflix or for work from cottage.
