Thereâs parking for 1 car + untimed unmetered street parking outside, but with shops, restaurants & cafes a short stroll awayâŠyou can leave the car at home.

A picture-perfect house with two separate lounge rooms, super spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge + diningâŠopens with bi-folding doors to the large balcony.
Ducted air-conditioned in every roomâŠthe front lounge room has a massive Smart TV + plenty of board games to keep everyone entertainedâŠ
The spacious master bedroom has a large walk-thru wardrobe into a large ensuite bathroom, with a huge tub + double showers!
All of the other 3 bedrooms are carpeted, have built-in cupboards & drawer space + utilise the main bathroom.
Double doors open to the internal laundry with washing machine, laundry sink, washing powders...
Close up the blinds & enjoy a sleep in, curl up on the couch with a movie on Netflix + unlimited WiFi or cook up a storm in the massive kitchen with everything youâll need + more!
