If you're staying home, enjoy the well-appointed kitchen, the perfect open living space for entertaining with the expansive lanai overlooking the pool and canal. Curl up on the comfortable couch and make great memories in this perfect vacation property.

Dock/Boat Lift: Boat lift not for guest use. Guests are welcome to tie their boat to the dock.
Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid.
BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
Full-size washer and dryer for guest use.
We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
