Great location

Right across from the Choco bar. Perfectly centered in old San Juan. Plenty to do for a few days without need for a car

OSJ charm

We stayed for a couple of days & it was very nice. Clean, plenty of towels and spacious for 4 people. The view was lovely across from Cortez choco. Nice area with lots of great food options. Check in & out was easy &hosts were very easy to reach and communicate with.

We had a great stay in this apartment! It was a very central location in Old San Juan and everything was very walkable. Close to the shops, tourist sites, restaurants, and the grocery store. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, lots of hot water for the 4 of us, and the a/c worked well. We rented a car for a couple of days and Davy suggested some different parking garages, with one being a flat fee of 5/day and just a few blocks away. Davy kept us well informed and checked in with us. They also had beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler that we were able to use. Old San Juan can be loud on Friday and Saturday nights with all the people, but we heard nothing in the bedroom and slept very well. It was a little louder in the loft bedroom, but was manageable. We also appreciated having 2 full bathrooms and enough seating for everyone in the living area. I would definitely recommend this apartment for an Old San Juan stay.

Super location & roomy

Cute, quiet place in the heart of old SJ. 1 AC unit in main area didn't work but didn't need it as other 2 bedroom units worked great. Apartment was cool anyway despite hot weather. Kitchen lacked outlets in reasonable locations (had to use coffeemaker in sink area). Needs new pillows. Very low ceiling clearance into upper main bathroom; could use padding and night lights. Very comfy apartment & enjoyed our 2 nights there.
