Just Like Home

This house was extremely comfortable. It felt like home. It was clean, cold and spacious. The only issues we had: the Blackstone was rusty and so we couldn’t use it. The tv in the formal living room was broken. The remote co trips were tethered down in each room but the remote in the family room was so far that it wouldn’t reach the couch. We had to get up to turn the channel. Very minor issues overall and we definitely would stay here again if in the area!!!

Had problems

The house deserves 5 stars but I had too many issues. Start with when I arrived at midnight, my door code did not work. However, Mila (property manager) text me what I guess was her code within 2 minutes. Hats off to her. My code never worked. Then the house details said the pool and hot tub would be working by April 9th. I arrived on the 11th and it never worked. they apologized but I want what I book. The biggie was the house had a "smart system". Every time I set the A/C on 71 it would change to 75 when I left the house or went to bed. After complaining to Mila, she said the owners can control it remotely so I think they are more concerned about saving money than having happy customers. This is my 1st ever negative review.

We had the best time. We had a short long weekend and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Our kids loved the pool and open concept. We will most definitely plan future stays here. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to make memories

Great Stay

The house and pool was amazing. They property manager didn’t respond to any messages via Vrbo though when I had questions. I found a phone number in the house binder after I checked in. Great stay.

Perfect Game Tournament

It was our first time using Vrbo. We called Vrbo and the property manager on day of check in to change the number of guests, not a problem.We were there to watch our grandson play in a baseball tournament.The property was very nice, just as advertised. We used the washer,dryer and pool every day.When we called the property manager with a question she responded promptly. If we are ever in Fort Myers again we will look for this property!!

The house was perfect! No complaints there. The property manager however was not. We had 3 missing remotes and she never provided any for us so we were unable to watch tv in main living rooms or outside by pool. She made it seem like we stole them or something, stating “the cleaners and supervisor both saw them in the house. My kids hair turned green annd I ansked the property manager to come test the chlorine levels. No one was ever sent. The pool heater was set to 104 degrees when we arrived. It took days to cool and almost the entire first day on the phone troubleshooting how to fix it. We were very limited on use as it was dangerously hot for the kids and it didn’t cool for 2 days. Last, I requested late check out and the property manager said I needed to contact Evolve to block the day. I did that and then the property manager said that the owners needed it and we would not be granted late check out. I contacted Evolve again and they were great, blocked the room, and handled the communication with the property manager. I spent way too much time on the phone with easy solutions to issues that could have been resolved if there was the right property manager in role. As much as we loved the house, I do not think we will be back again in the future after the experiences we had with the manager.

The house is beautiful and they offered some extra things in the home you don’t normally see in a rental. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. The only issue was that one bedroom did not have a television. This home would be my first choice when I stay in Lehigh Acres again.
