Close to beach two bedroom condo with a stunning patio out to the pool perfect
for your family vacation 1 level ground floor
La Isla is one of the newer condo plexes on South Padre. Less than 1 block to
the beach & public access
*Great heated pool area for couples & kiddos alike
*Fully equipped open concept kitchen to living

Thank you for checking out our super cool & spacious condo F102 ground floor
at La Isla - one of the Island's newer complexes.
This oversized 1200 square foot 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo walks right out
to the heated pool area allowing a max of 6 total people. This property is
walking distance to the public beach access as well as several great
restaurants like Sea Ranch & Dirty Als plus Isla Blanca park to view SpaceX
launches mid week.
*Free Parking Off Street
This condo is super clean, with granite and all tile floors. Even the most
discerning tastes will be satisfied here, other than the fact it is not
beachfront. There is a 3 night minimum on this rental per the HOA guidelines.
This property also has a basic onsite air conditioned gym.
While the pool is heated, bear in mind it is only heated to 80 degrees. There
is community jacuzzi as well as community use charcoal BBQ pits. This complex
really has nice amenities that are hard to find. Lots of bedding for your
family and the fully equipped kitchen will save you money eating out all the
time as well. Pool hours are 9 am to 10 pm.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit, a small dedicated desk with high
speed wifi and multiple Smart Tvs. All bedding is clean and included.
The former Schlitterbahn Waterpark (now known as Sea Park SPI) is walking
distance as well or about a 1 to 2 minute drive away from La Isla.
Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these
stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing
this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house
rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of
your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional

guests and minimum 3 night booking. There are a max of 2 cars allowed on
property and a golf cart is considered a vehicle.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up
Property "quiet hours" are 10 pm to 9 am - this is a family oriented complex
not suitable for party animals :) La Isla F102 is professionally managed
locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. The short term rental permit
number is available on request from the City of South Padre Island. For stays
4 nights or more we do offer complimentary towel and linen exchange at our
office.
Please message me for our active military as well as off season discounts Sept
2 to Dec 22nd
This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made
on Airbnb:
1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1
time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure
against damages
OR
You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one
or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again,
these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict
on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or
older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to
booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes
with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached
photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre
Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign
prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide
your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb
messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do
NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible
with additional requirements

strict cancel policy and will not issue refunds for cancellations for any
reason.
