Do you want to live in an executive home in Toronto? You will have private bedroom in a 7,500 sqrt beautiful house next to Lawrence West Subway Station, Yorkdale Shopping Mall and Lawrence Square Mall. We are renting for professional working people, students and travelers. The house is clean, spacious and in good neighbour.
Room is furnished with Queen size bed,. Hydro, Water, Heat, AC, Wifi Internet are included.
Our house is very convenient, just between 2 to 5 minutes walking distance to everything you need: Lawrence West Subway Station, Lawrence Square Mall, Fortinos Supermarket, Cineplex, bus stops, Yorkdale Mall, Yorkdale Subway Station, next to CIBC Bank head office, all other Banks, Bathurst Plaza, Parks & Schools, minutes to Downtown Core, Highway 401 and Allen Expressway.
We are a family home living here with our children and we want to make sure that our guests have the best experience staying in our beautiful place. Therefore, we do not allow and tolerate any illegal activities, drugs, weapon, parties, alcohol, loud noises, vandalism. This is a peaceful, professional, safe, and quiet neighborhood.
No outside guests are allowed. No pet. No parties. No smoking. No Alcohol.
Always lock the front door when you enter or leave the house.
As a responsible and caring host, I want my guests to feel just as they are right at home.
