Great place to stay. Stayed for Christmas and the house and surrounding area was perfect. Host was very attentive and kept in touch throughout our stay.

Excellent Stay

It’s a great brick house , great to chill out without the hassle of town. Lot of space inside and outside the building. We all enjoyed. It could have been better if the house had a second toilet. The camera in the kitchen , though it was facing to the front door, we felt it was intruding.

Location is beautiful. Kids had fun in pool. However It’s says 3 bathrooms on the description. But it’s only 2 bath and one toilet, which is hard to share with 6 people. So I think that should be specified on the property details. Internet was also troubling. It has the smell of old house.

Gillade inte: Boendets skick och faciliteter och kommunikation

This property is advertised with the winery and restaurant next door to the venue as the principal draw card. However, the winery is closed, and has been for some time. So the many photos of food and wines are fraudulent as neighbours explained that the restaurant and winery had been closed for ‘ages’. The actual property we stayed in is also for sale. An earlier review noted that this house only had one toilet even though there was beds for 7 adults. When contacting the principal over WiFi issues (not working), Nicole responded with a message that because she is a Chef, she does not answer her phone until after 8pm, but would try to respond to text messages. On the query (by text) we were told not to use the 5G address and the password was case sensitive. The next day Nicole copied a Telstra message to us advising of a WiFi outage in the area that should be rectified by 5pm that day. After the deadline passed, the WiFi still did not work, but given Nicole’s earlier correspondence, we decided we couldn’t be bothered contacting her to come and reboot the modem (it was locked inside a cupboard in one of the bedrooms and thus inaccessible. Unfortunately we won’t be returning unless new owners have taken control. Additionally, the de Longhi was in error and would not work because it needed to be descaled (there was no descaling solution present).
