Jump on a tram for the short ride down to St Kilda Beach or into Melbourneâs bustling CBD in the opposite direction. Youâll be across the road from Albert Park Golf Course, Albert Park Circuit, and a short stroll to St Kilda Cricket Ground.
Capturing lakeside vistas and fresh breezes, this apartment is all about easy inner-city living. Itâs ideally positioned between the city and the bay, with parking and lift access adding to its everyday convenience.
Stepping inside, an open plan layout extends to the balcony filling the space with natural light. Cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or find plenty of shops and eateries close by. A dining table makes it easy to sit down together, while bench seating out on the balcony offers an idyllic spot to sip a sundowner.
