The Space:
Step into a home designed by an award-winning architect, where style meets comfort at every turn. The stunning lounge is a true showpiece, featuring a dramatic staircase that draws the eye and leads to a loft space connecting directly to the master bedroom.
There’s room for everyone, sleeping up to 7 guests comfortably. You’ll find two full bathrooms, a cosy pool/movie room that opens onto the outdoor area with a hot tub, and flexible sleeping options to suit groups or families. The loft area transforms into a bed, the master bedroom includes a relaxing day bed for an extra guest, and the second bedroom features a super comfy rollaway.
Whether you're gathering around the fire pit or unwinding in the spa, this home is made for memorable stays.
Please be aware of our strict noise policy before booking. We’re in a quiet neighbourhood, and it’s important to us to respect our lovely neighbours and their young children.
Guest Access:
Self check-in. There is a keypad for access around the clock. We will often be able to meet you and have caretakers that live only 10 minutes away.
Plenty of street parking.
The Neighborhood:
Considered one of Christchurch's best areas to live. Right on the main road that leads from the airport into town. There is a completely seperate dwelling that only shares the driveway.
Getting Around:
This location makes getting around easy and stress-free. You're just 3 minutes from Christchurch Airport and about 10 minutes to the city centre by car. Whether you're arriving late or catching an early flight, the convenience is hard to beat.
Public transport is readily available nearby, and rideshare services like Uber operate in the area. Free parking is available, and the property has great access to main roads for day trips or exploring the wider Canterbury region.
Shops, cafes, parks, and key attractions are all close by—many just a short drive or scooter ride away.

Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM
We’re in a residential neighbourhood, and our neighbours have asked for minimal noise at night. If you don’t think this will suit your stay, we kindly ask that you do not book.
Spa use ends at 9:00 PM
The spa is close to a neighbour’s bedroom, and this rule is in place out of respect for their comfort.
No parties or unapproved gatherings
Any event without prior approval may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Checkout is at 12:00 AM
If you need a late checkout, please request it at least 24 hours in advance.
No smoking indoors
Any smoking or presence of animals inside will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Leave the house tidy
Extra cleaning will be charged at $60 per hour if needed. Please report any damage, stains, or spills—repair or replacement costs may apply.
Security devices
Amazon Alexa devices are in the home. A video doorbell and Minut sound monitor are installed outside.
