"Your Happy Place" is a modern, stylish and tastefully furnished 3-bedroom semi-detached in Seton, Southeast Calgary. You will enjoy a get away with family and friends. You will be a few minutes walk to Calgary South Health Campus hospital, YMCA, Cineplex,shopping, restaurants, and major highways so you can tour the city or go the mountains in Banff, Canmore, Okotoks etc. You will enjoy a beautiful backyard with a fire pit. Enjoy outdoor activities even in winter. We can't wait to host you.
This home has a functional layout, tasteful furnishing and a very modern feel. Itâs located in the beautiful Seton community in the Southeast of Calgary. The beautiful decor livens up and freshens up the space to give you your desired comfort and experience . Enjoy lots of storage to keep your space tidy and clean.
The Masterâs ensuite boasts of a spacious walk-in closet and a beautiful 5 piece bath with his and hers sink. The other 2 bedrooms have closets with beautiful and cozy beds.
The Living Room is spacious, modern and tastefully designed for your comfort. Relax and enjoy TV time or a conversation with family and friends in this beautiful and peaceful home in Seton, South East, Calgary.
The dining room over looks the deck with a fire pit. This means that you can enjoy hot chocolate and roasted mush mallows outdoor around the fire place on a cold winter night.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your use during your visit. The laundry room is equipped with top of the range Samsung Washer and Dryer.
The basement is rented separately and it has its own separate entrance. There is no shared spaces. Your privacy is our utmost priority.
Enjoy free private parking in the yard. A dedicated working space, free Wi-Fi with highspeed internet and complimentary Breakfast.
This home is a few minutes to major city amenities and quick access to highways so that you can tour and enjoy the city of Calgary and the mountains.
