Brand new for Spring 2024! Villa Laetitia is the perfect home for boaters seeking a modern residence with un-matched quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. Situated in the very popular yacht club area of Cape Coral, this home is modern in its' design and decor.
On stepping through the front entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one bright and open main living area. The living area is furnished with a sectional sofa + Smart TV. The kitchen has been finished with white wooden cabinets and designer granite worktops and has views over the oversized pool deck. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King bed and Smart TV. There are also sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a large walk in shower plus designer vanity with basin. There is also a separate door to the pool deck from the master bath for added convenience.
The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. The King Guest Bedroom has a Smart TV. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size Bed + smart TV. The Guest Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms and has a bathtub/shower combo plus basin and toilet..
On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the West facing pool and deck area is oversized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! The lanai area is so large it also comes complete with its' own outdoor living area with Smart TV. The home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue for outdoor dining and entertaining which is very much the focus of this wonderful home. Steps from the screened lanai lead down to the private dock area with captains walk + boat lift. The Gulf of Mexico and open water is only 12 minutes away so this is a great location for guests wishing to explore the Gulf by boat!
